College Of Certified Psychophysiologists Professor Dr. Charles Trembley was honored to have been sworn in as the newest commissioner for the Riverside County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission today. The JJDPC oversees all agencies involved in the juvenile justice system and youth services in the county examining best practices and ensuring regulatory compliance.
