ANAHEIM,CA - The Board of Trustees of the College of Certified Psychophysiologists has voted to award Victor Marx a Doctorate of Philosophy in Applied Psychophysiology Honoris Causa, which will be presented to him on October 17th 2020 at huge Men's event in Newbury Park California.
Victor Marx is a widely known high risk humanitarian with successful missions to Iraq, Syria, North Africa and Southeast Asia – many times in non-permissive and high threat environments, helping orphans and widows.
Severely abused and tortured as a child, by the time he graduated from high school, his lifestyle was filled with drugs, fights and theft. The discipline of military life and faith in God helped him recover from his traumatic childhood and empowers him to help others. Today, Victor focuses his attention to the plights of those affected by ISIS, troubled juvenile offenders, and supporting military personnel from all branches including the special operations community.
Victor challenges his audiences to maintain and build spiritual health. He believes in the importance of the faith community in the military and mixes humor with raw reality stories of survival and redemption to encourage a resilient lifestyle.
Although the field of Psychophysiology is a complex science, Victor was able to come to an understanding that the true ability to manage PTSD and Traumatic Stress comes from within the human mind and body and not from things outside of it. The College of Certified Psychophysiologists recognizes his contribution to society and his efforts in helping others overcome this difficult obstacle in life.
A husband of 30 years, a father to five and a proud grandfather, Victor has learned and teaches his approach to build successful relationships while excelling professionally.
